Tidemoor
Overview
Tidemoor builds boutique condominium towers and estate-home enclaves on Florida's two coasts, in Naples and Palm Beach. Buyers at the $3M to $18M level want calm and light, and since 2022 they also ask hard questions about storms. The site had to sell both at once, without letting the engineering spoil the mood or the mood hide the engineering.
FrontPage Labs built the identity around the horizon. The home page opens on a full-bleed dawn sea with the headline set exactly on the waterline. The rest of the site uses a crisp white, mist and ocean-navy palette with aqua accents, and saves its one signature shape, the arch, for the key photographs and the appointment form.
The resilience story gets the same care as the views. A section drawing of a Tidemoor tower marks wind load, impact glass, base flood elevation and pile depth, next to the specification, so a buyer can see that the lobby sits six feet above the flood line.

Tidemoor is a waterfront developer founded in 2012. It works only in Naples and Palm Beach and never runs more than three projects at a time.
FrontPage Labs designed the brand identity, logo, art direction and website, including the development panels, the resilience drawings and an appointment flow for both sales galleries.
