Overview

The Roy is a 92-home building on Overland Avenue in Palms, next door to The Jagger, with a Sky Bridge deck, a second-level courtyard and studios through two bedrooms. Verona Residences wanted a site as clear and confident as the building, and distinct from its sister next door.

FrontPage Labs built it on a strict Swiss grid in white, ink navy and a single cobalt accent taken from the brand. Sections are numbered, the facts are set as oversized figures, and the open homes appear as a clean departure-board table you can filter by size, with each row linked to a tour request for that exact unit.

The amenities page leads with the Sky Bridge, the courtyard and the fitness center as photo features, then lists every community and in-home amenity in a two-column index. The same availability card, lead capture and chat used across the Verona portfolio are themed to match.
