The Louella
Overview
The Louella is a new 32-home building on Venice Boulevard, finished in 2025, with a 360-degree rooftop, two outdoor kitchens and three townhome-style residences with their own patios. Verona Residences wanted a site that feels like Venice without leaning on beach clichés.
FrontPage Labs built it around the horizon. The pages are light and airy in salt white, deep sea ink and the blue of the building’s stair tower, with soft serif headlines and an arch-shaped frame used on a few key photographs. The rooftop is shown as a panorama that moves sideways as you scroll, marked from zero to 360 degrees.
The script wordmark was redrawn as a vector so it renders crisply everywhere, and the shared availability card, lead capture and chat were themed to the Louella palette.
