The Jagger
Overview
The Jagger is a 74-home building on Overland Avenue in West Los Angeles, finished in 2023 with a charcoal facade, a sawtooth roofline and a planted courtyard that climbs through the middle of the building. Its old website was a stock leasing template that showed none of that, so Verona Residences asked FrontPage Labs to rebuild it from the ground up.
We designed the new site around the building itself. The green sawtooth in the logo is the roofline, so the home page opens on the facade behind an oversized wordmark, with a slideshow of the best photographs and a slow parallax as you scroll. Photos open like window blinds as they come into view, and the shared spaces sit in a pinned section where the courtyard, rooftop, lounge and gym change in place while the text stays put.
Every price and availability figure comes from one data file, so the floor plans, the rotating availability card, the special offer and the live chat all update together when the leasing team edits it. Each form saves a lead to Airtable the moment someone types a phone number or email, so the team can call before the visitor has finished filling it in.
