Overview

Ace on Orange Grove is an 18-home building in Mid-City Los Angeles with large one to three bedroom homes up to 1,664 square feet, a rooftop with a lawn and city views, and a lobby wrapped in reclaimed wood. The homes are the size of a house, so the site needed to show space and floor plans more than amenities.

The logo is the word ACE inside a thin rectangle, so FrontPage Labs built the whole site on thin frames. Photographs hang inside hairline frames with generous mats like works in a gallery, deep teal color blocks carry the headlines, and a muted brass marks the small details. All seventeen floor plan drawings are shown as a framed set, with the open homes hung large and priced.

The availability card, lead capture and chat used across the Verona portfolio were themed in teal and brass with square corners to match.
